Tracking Your Quotes & Orders Just Got Easier

TL;DR:

You can now choose between two ways to view your orders:

  • My Items (new) – See everything you’ve purchased, organized item-by-item so you can track, reorder, or get help fast.

  • My Orders (classic)See your orders exactly as before.

Use the toggle in the top-right of the Orders page to switch views anytime.

Quick Start:

  1. Go to Orders in your Minoan account.

  2. Toggle between My Items and My Orders in the top-right.

  3. In My Items, color-coded groups show what’s arriving, on the way, or delivered.

  4. Use filters or search to find a product, brand, or order.

  5. Need to reorder or get help? Click Buy again or Get support on any item.


Why the New View?

We’ve added Item View to make it easier to answer questions like:

  • What’s arriving today?

  • Where’s my delivery?

  • Can I reorder that chair I love?

Instead of only seeing orders grouped together, you can now see each item on its own—along with its latest status and quick actions you can take.

How to Switch Views

  • My Items (default) – Your items, grouped by date or status, across all orders.

  • My Orders – The familiar order-level view you’ve always had.

  • Just use the toggle in the upper-right of the Orders page. Any filters you set will stay in place when you switch.

Understanding Your Groups & Statuses

In My Items, you’ll see items organized into:

  • Today – Deliveries expected today (including multi-day windows that include today)

  • Future – Upcoming shipments in date order

  • Past – Delivered and completed items, most recent first

Color-coded status dots make it easy to scan:

  • 🟢 Green – You already have the item (e.g., Delivered, Pickup Complete)

  • 🟡 Yellow – It’s on the way (e.g., Shipped, Delivery Scheduled)

  • Gray – You don’t have the item yet (e.g., Ordered) or it’s not coming (e.g., Canceled, Returned)

If the item’s not coming (like a canceled order), you won’t see a delivery date.

Quick Actions for Each Item

From the group view, you can:

  • View order details – Opens the full order in a new tab

  • Track package – Opens tracking directly

  • Schedule delivery – For White Glove deliveries, if available

  • Pickup details – If your order is set for pickup

  • Ship to – Hover to see the full shipping address

From the item card, you can:

  • Buy again – Reorder instantly with past details pre-filled

  • Get support – Quickly share info with our support team

Filters & Search Made Simple

Filters:

  • Property/Project

  • Team member

  • Brand

  • Order date range

  • Status (Delivered, Shipped, Ordered, etc.)

Search:

  • By product name – Shows matching items with status and actions

  • By order ID – Pulls up every item in that order

Pro Tips

  • Start in My Items for quick day-to-day tracking.

  • Use status filters like Shipped or Delivery Scheduled to zero in on what’s in transit.
